LOGISTICS:

Warehouse & Delivery Associate

We’re seeking a physically strong, reliable, and customer-focused Warehouse & Delivery Associate to join our team.

Location: Rancho Cordova, CA
Schedule: Part-time to Full-time, Day Shifts Only (No evenings); no Sundays
Compensation: Competitive pay + benefits

You’ll help deliver and install our handcrafted mattress systems and European hardwood furniture for clients who expect a premium experience.

Job Duties Include:
Loading and unloading box trucks and sprinter vans
Local driving; occasional interstate driving (e.g., Nevada)
Delivering, assembling, and installing mattress systems and furniture in customers’ homes
Contacting customers ahead of deliveries and meeting arrival windows
Ensuring zero damage to customer property and leaving every job with customer satisfaction
Receiving and inspecting products for quality control
Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe warehouse
Operating forklifts and floor cleaning equipment
Periodically staging our showroom

Job Skills & Requirements:
Physically capable:
Lift up to 100 lbs solo
Lift up to 300 lbs with a partner
Walk backward while carrying, including upstairs

Professionalism:
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Presentable appearance and positive attitude
Reliable transportation and punctuality

Technical & Safety Skills:
Valid driver’s license and basic GPS/navigation use
Must have a clean driving record
Comfortable with basic hand tools, drills, and power saws
Forklift certified (or willing to train)
Prior moving experience is a plus
Safety-first mindset — no exceptions

Other Requirements:
Able-bodied and ready to work in all weather conditions (heat, rain, snow)
Willingness to learn and understand our specialized product line
