Online Store Refund Policy

This policy applies to products purchased online (separate policy exists for purchase in store). 

Period of Validity

Our online store return and refund policy is valid for 30 days.

Return Policy Voided for:

  • Personal Use Items removed from their packaging, e.g. bedding items such as pillows, comforters and sheets.

Return Policy Does Not Apply to:

  • Items on Sale

  • Sleep Wedges

  • Made-to-order items, e.g. Pillow Toppers, Wool-Filled Pads

Required for Returns/Exchanges

  • Product is unused and in the same condition as you received it.

  • Product is in original packaging.

  • Receipt or proof of purchase.

Refund Processing (if applicable)

  • We receive and inspect the return.

  • We send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and if the refund is approved or rejected.

  • If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment (this time depends on the speed of your bank to process the refund).

  • If your return is rejected, we will discuss options.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

  • Allow up to 7 business days for a refund to be processed after you receive an approval email. 

  • Check your bank account again to confirm no refunds were processed.

  • Contact your credit card company and/or bank to inquire about any “pending” refunds.

  • If still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@sleepdesign.com.

Exchanges (if applicable)

  • Exchanges are only valid for products that are defective or damaged.

  • Send us an email at info@sleepdesign.com with description and photo of problem. 

  • Wait for confirmation before being approved to send it back.

Shipping

  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. 

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

  • If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

  • Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

  • If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
